For one fixed price, our Christchurch team will install all updates, set up 1-2 users, transfer your old data, and install a suite of basic programs so everything's ready to go. We'll also configure your email accounts, set up security and antivirus protection, and make sure all the basic functionality you need is up and running smoothly. No stress, no confusion — just a brand new device that's ready to use. Whether it's a Windows PC, laptop, or other device, we'll make the transition from old to new as smooth as possible.

Yes! Our fixed price of $120 plus GST includes transferring your photos, documents, and important files from your old PC to your new one. We'll make sure everything is where you expect it to be. For the fixed workshop price, we need your account passwords upfront.

We install Windows updates, essential programs (like web browser, PDF reader, Office if you have it), antivirus protection, and any specific software you request. We also configure your email accounts and make sure your PC is secure and ready to use right out of the box.

Most PC setups take overnight due to Microsoft's lengthy update processes. You can drop it off one day and pick it up the next. If it's urgent, let us know and we'll do our best to rush it through.

Yes, email setup is included in the fixed price. We'll configure your email accounts in your preferred email program (Outlook, Thunderbird, or webmail) and make sure everything syncs properly. Just provide us with your email addresses and passwords when you drop off your PC.
