You'll download a small program like Pulseway, RustDesk, or Zoho Assist, we connect, and then we can fix issues, install software, and walk you through problems — all while you watch.

Yes, for most software issues, troubleshooting, and training, remote support is just as effective as onsite. It's also faster since we can often help you right away without travel time. For hardware problems or physical setup, we'd need to come onsite.

Yes! Remote support is $85 per hour (compared to $95 per hour onsite). And if you're on our Triple Protect service, you get an even better rate of $75 per hour plus access to our ticket system for ongoing support.
